As a **Enterprise Client Intern, **you will gain valuable experience assisting Enterprise Client Leaders and Enterprise Client Consultants supporting the largest, most complex, global clients across Aon. This exciting opportunity offers impact with senior management of our most complex clients, you will be exposed to challenging projects, an international team and will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across Aon’s geographies and solution lines, heightening your exposure within our global business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Enterprise Client Consultants, Enterprise Client Leaders, Finance and Operations to manage client data and reporting
- Support regional teams on a specific set of clients, ensuring overall understanding of client dynamics, priorities & opportunities
- Support creation of client team deliverables (both internal & external)
- Performs day-to-day execution and task completion; provides frequent status updates to relevant ECLs, and responsible for timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Expected to serve as back-up support (even if not directly aligned) for other regions
- In addition to on-the-job training, our interns actively participate, along with their fellow intern colleagues, in a formal Development Plan. This provides interns:

- An understanding of the basic functions and types of clients within Aon’s businesses
An understanding of Aon’s ethical standards
Training geared toward enabling interns to demonstrate an ability to work in a professional business environment
Opportunities to network with fellow peers, Aon colleagues and executive leadership at program social events and interactive speaker forums
Opportunities to learn and utilize Aon’s internal systems
Opportunities to demonstrate interpersonal and team building skills through many networking events

**Skills and Knowledge Required

- Relevant work or internship experience.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Desire to learn and display Aon’s values including acting with integrity and displaying a client, colleague and community commitment.
- Critical and innovative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate with an expected graduation of the following calendar year
- Degree in any discipline
- Good academic track record
- Involvement in extracurricular activities
- Strong passion for the consulting industry of Risk and People
- Strong business acumen
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in an ever changing environment
- Ability to work on diverse teams and cultivate relationships
- Enthusiastic who like meeting people
