**About the role**:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Manager to join our Global Transformation Company. As the Cyber Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to safeguard our client’s digital assets and information systems. In this role, you will lead a team of security professionals and work closely with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate cyber risks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our critical data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement cyber security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Lead incident response efforts and investigate security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up actions.
- Manage and oversee the operation of security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data loss prevention.
- Develop and deliver cyber security awareness training programs to educate employees on best practices and preventive measures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, technologies, and threats, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cyber Security Manager or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, and technologies.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or ISO 27001.
- Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
