In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Windows Server Management: Administer and maintain Windows servers, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- PowerShell Automation: Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks, such as user account management, system backups, and software installations.
- Configuration Management with Puppet: Implement and manage configurations using Puppet, ensuring consistent deployment and compliance across the environment.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance and respond to alerts, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues as they arise.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and scripts to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to streamline processes and integrate best practices into daily operations.
- Disaster Recovery: Assist in the planning and execution of disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity and data integrity.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in Windows Administrator with strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Puppet code
- Experience in managing and maintaining Windows server environments with expertise in Powershell scripting
- Exposure in process automation
- Familiarity with Puppet configuration will be an added advantage
