Full-time Technician

**The Job**
- Oversee the daily maintenance of the following items:

- electrical works
- mechanical pumps
- air-conditioning system
- plumbing repairs
- Oversee works completed by contractors are as per our requirements and completed within timeframe
- Ensure all technical equipment/machines are in good running condition
- Standby night duties for exigency call for NSRCC Kranji
- Assist the implementation and corrective maintenance programs
- Handle complaints and repair works accurately and timely
- Responsible for the requisition of all light bulbs, electrical items, mechanical and hardware in NSRCC Kranji
- Must be able to manage basic office administrative skills.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum NITEC in Electrical & Air-conditioning or equivalent with 2 years’ of experience in a similar capacity
- Good in decision-making, possess integrity, resourceful and able to work long hours if required
- Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays

**Additional Information**
- 5-day work week
- Working Hours: 8:15 am to 5:30 pm
- Laundry and mobile allowances provided
- Staff transport provided at Kranji MRT station (7:45am)
