We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our retail team. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. Your primary responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks, excel sheet management, quality checks, and the meticulous maintenance of our retail arm.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Work:

- Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and organising documents.
- Assist in managing inventory records, purchase orders and supplier information.

2. Updating Excel Sheets:

- Maintain and update various Excel spreadsheets to track customer orders, and other relevant data.
- Ensure accuracy and precision when inputting and updating information.

3. Quality Checks:

- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet our standards.
- Identify and report any defects or discrepancies, working closely with the management team to resolve issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent attention to details and ability to work meticulously.
- Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
- Flexibility in working hours, including Saturdays.
