Roles & Responsibilities

SAP MM Consultant
- Strong fundamentals on MM Procurement business process and configuration
- Technical and Functional know-how on MM Procurement documents (PR, RFQ, Contract, PO, and GR)
- Experience on MM Procurement configurations like the below:

- Creation of New PO type (screen layout, default values, release details, number range)
- Creation of New Plant
- Creation of New Material
- Creation of New Material Group
- Configuration of number ranges for MM documents
- Handle Change Requests (CR)
- Conducted requirements gathering with users
- Design appropriate solution in accordance with user’s specifications
- Prepared CR forms specifying the solution, cost, and timeline
- Conduct Functional Design walkthrough(s) with developers
- Prepare FD (Functional Design) Documents and Test Scripts
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing for incident, service, and change requests
- Conduct user trainings prior to roll out of big CRs
- Handle MM Procurement support for government agencies
- Handle users’ ad-hoc queries related to procurement
- Handle procurement incidents and service requests raised by users
- ACN-ATA Application Developer Certified
- Extensive experience with ABAP Reports, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows
- Proficient in BADIs, BAPIs, User Exits, BTEs, RFCs, ADOBE forms, and Classes
- Strong exposure to tools such as Extended Program Check, Code Inspector, and Dump analysis (ST22)
- Handle the development of Change Requests (CR) objects
- Participate in Functional Design walkthroughs with consultants
- Work with consultants in designing and implementing efficient technical solutions
- Create TD (Technical Design) documents
- To Develop HR objects - custom reports and info types
- To Develop FI/MM objects - custom reports, workflows, forms, and enhancements
- to be involved in the implementation of P2P (Procure to Pay) module for two government agencies
- DEV support for Finance and Procurement module
- Work with Functional in replicating incidents reported by users and in formulating the most appropriate solution
- Implement fixes/enhancements for incidents and/or service requests
- Perform code reviews
