DESIGNATION : Senior Executive (3-year contract), OAFA

RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Office of Admissions and Financial Assistance (OAFA)
- Admissions Processes and Operations
- Serve as the main liaison officer on admissions matters with SMU Lee Kong Chian School of Business. This includes arranging admissions and scholarships interviews as well as conceptualizing, implementing and liaising on myriad marketing and outreach events.
- Handle admissions matters which may include:

- Coordinating changes in programme requests as well as other student details
- Ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of incoming students’ high school results and other relevant details
- Implement enhancements for online admissions technology platforms
- Perform high-level user assessment tests
- Assist with online matriculation processes for incoming freshmen.
- Manage administrative duties for SMU scholarships
- Manage administrative duties for MOE-initiated programmes and other related academic programmes
- Admissions Data Analytics
- Compile and analyse admissions data into strategic reports, helping to identify trends and generate insights to support overall admissions strategies.
- Admissions Outreach
- Plan and organise outreach activities with teachers and counsellors in junior colleges, polytechnics and high schools in Singapore and/or overseas territories. As such, some travel will be required in this role
- Support key outreach events such as the SMU Open House and other signature admissions events
- Coordinate and attend online and on-campus admissions talks, university fairs, webinars, symposiums and roadshows, counselling prospective applicants and parents as they seek to learn about SMU

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in data analysis and research
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills
- Meticulous, with strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task across different projects
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to respond to different types of personalities
- Knowledge of and interest in SMU will be an advantage

OTHER INFORMATION
