The Good Nyonya Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and passionate Nyonya Chef to join our team. As a Nyonya Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Peranakan Nyonya dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, serving our valued customers with mouthwatering Nyonya delicacies.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Menu Planning: Collaborate with the management team to create a enticing Nyonya menu that attracts and satisfies customers.
2. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook Nyonya dishes, including but not limited to, Ayam Buah Keluak, Babi Pong Tay, Nyonya Laksa utilizing traditional Nyonya recipes and techniques.
3. Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
4. Efficient Workflow: Manage the workflow in the kitchen to ensure the timely service of Nyonya dishes.
5. Quality Control: Maintain the quality and consistency of Nyonya dishes to meet customer expectations.
6. Training and Guidance: Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff members, providing guidance and ensuring a well-trained team.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Nyonya Chef/Cook in a similar role,
2. Culinary Expertise: Knowledgeable in traditional Nyonya cuisine, recipes, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
3. Creativity: Ability to innovate and present Nyonya dishes in an attractive and visually appealing manner.
4. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.58. Food Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
6. Communication Skills: Good verbal communication and listening skills and effectively coordinate with the kitchen staff and management.
