**Team Introduction**:
The Finance BP - Global Products team aims to provide timely, accurate, and clear financial information, valuable observations and suggestions through factual financial analysis. They support the business team in improving operational efficiency, managing risk, and thus effectively allocating resources and making strategic decisions to achieve operational and financial goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Financial Planning: participate in the financial planning for core business, including annual revenue as well as long-term planning. Monitor budget implementation to ensure timely commitments, and conduct rigorous variance analysis. Regularly update forecasts to guide decision-making.
- Revenue analysis: deep dive key metrics and root cause for revenue fluctuation explanation. Analyze the driver for regional revenue, sort out the correlation between various dimensions and metrics. Dedicated to optimizing projection methodology and interpretation of revenue.
- Support Content diversification: as finance business partner of new initiative businesses, collaborate closely with various business units, offering valuable financial insights and advice to support decision-making. Provide finance P&L reports and advice to department heads and help drive key business strategies.
- Other adhoc support work.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in FP&A or equivalent roles is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills, logical reasoning, collaborative teamwork, self-motivation, and critical thinking.
- Proficiency in data analysis, particularly ROI-related analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is highly preferred.
- Experience within the internet, media, or TMT industry is preferred.
- Certificates such as CFA or CPA are preferred.
