**About the Role**:
As the Inventory Management Executive, you will manage all inventory-related responsibilities, such as demand planning, stock analysis, stock replenishment planning, and provide support on operational and management reporting.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Perform stock analysis and take appropriate actions to ensure a healthy inventory.
- Review, plan and execute stock replenishment. Ensure critical stock inventory is kept at optimal level to prevent stock out situation.
- Ageing stock management, including analysis and reporting of ageing stock to all stakeholders for appropriate actions.
- Determine and make provision for slow-moving and obsolete stocks.
- Tracking of near expiry stocks and take appropriate disposition actions monthly.
- Support PSI execution - include working with local and regional sales and marketing teams to ensure timely updating of demand rolling forecast; reviewing forecasts submitted to ensure data completeness; and tracking actual order intake against forecast and follow up with appropriate actions.
- Participate in monthly PSI review meetings with stakeholders on demand forecast and purchase plan updates.
- Consignment stock management.

**What we are looking for**:

- Tertiary education from a recognized institute, preferably in Supply Chain management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory planning and material management.
- Good knowledge of demand planning practice, methodology and principles.
- Knowledge of regional distribution Centre operations.
- Knowledge and understanding of key performance indicators for inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience in SAP, preferably in MM and MRP modules
- Sensitive and adaptable to a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong process and business-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
