**Role Description**

I will need someone to assist me in the following for another venture which I will be embarking a Talent management in Singapore and Malaysia

I am seeking a creative, thorough, and detail-oriented writer who is committed to consistently providing quality work for our organization's needs. In this role, you will script all necessary content for our growing company and help brainstorm new content ideas. Must be able to self-edit work, change written tone with ease, complete projects on time, and write effectively for multiple formats.

**Writer Duties and Responsibilities**
- Writing personalized copy for clients
- Editing written content
- Meeting deadlines
- Reviewing creative briefs to base content on
- Adhering to different client writing styles
- Following company policies and procedures for writing
- Conducting research to learn about article topics
- Managing several content projects at once
- Proposing content ideas
- Collaborating with marketing, advertising and communication professionals
- Interviewing professionals in different fields for article content
- Effectively utilize AI and data tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Power BI, and Tableau to illustrate and visualize data
- Conduct market research with new AI technologies and gather data to develop insights and intelligence on industry trends, competitors, customers, and other relevant factors
- Organize and maintain a repository of information on competitors, industry trends, and other key information that will help inform our content and marketing strategies
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for content creation and distribution across various social media channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn
- Experiment with new AI tools and techniques to optimize content performance, using metrics to track and analyze the effectiveness of our content and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in content creation and distribution
- Write engaging and insightful content that reflects our brand's voice and helps us stand out in our industry with the aid of AI technologies
Conduct competitive analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and provide recommendations for how we can better position ourselves in the market Help craft the LinkedIn profile as a ghostwriter, ensuring that it accurately reflects his professional background, accomplishments, and thought leadership

**Writer Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism or related field preferred
- Understand the concept of Linkedin algorithm
- An extensive and impressive portfolio
- 1-2 years professional experience writing for our specific field
- A genuine interest in sharing our stories
- Strong grasp of proper sentence structure
- Grammatical guru
- Ability to write in a variety of tones
- Consistently produces engaging work
