**Group/Division**

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations to ensure work orders and materials are received and distribute to production timely and efficiently
- Mapped and streamlines entire material flow to meet specific product start build date for a smoother operation.
- Work closely with the 3PL to ensure Work Order are picked on time to support production start build-date.
- Manage open picklist, expedite with warehouse accordingly to ensure immediate action to complete the tasks.
- Resolve problems with 3PL concerning WO picking issues and resolve with materials planners
- Plan and implement improvements to internal and external logistics flow and processes.
- Coordinate with 3PL and production on movement and transportation of materials from the warehouse to the production, vice-versa.
- Response and communicate updated schedule and information to productions team
- Assist warehouse supervisor to expedite 3PL on work-order delivery and responsible for timely and accurate information regarding material availability

**Minimum Qualifications**

Desired Experience/Skills
- Diploma in logistics or 5 years experiences warehouse materials movement / logistics in a similar role or capacity
- SAP experience or similar
- Order fulfillment and Scheduling experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work closely with material planners and 3PL / warehouse, and production team
- Good teamwork, attitude, and interpersonal skills
- Highly detail-oriented, good organizational skills
- Good team player with initiative and keen learning interest
