**Key Responsibilities (Project Execution)**:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of lighting and control system projects.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (senior management, team members) and external partners (clients, vendors, regulatory bodies).

**Technical Expertise**:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of lighting and control systems.
- Understand technical requirements, specifications, and industry best practices.
- Evaluate design proposals and make informed decisions.

**Communication**:

- Facilitate clear communication channels within the project team.
- Present project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and address any issues promptly.

**Adaptability and Resilience**:

- Thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Handle pressure and unexpected challenges with a positive attitude.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in the lighting industry.
- Certification in PMP or equivalent is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

**Working hours**
- Working days: Mon - Fri (5 days’ work per week)
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm
