Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Total Plant Maintenance (Preventive Maintenance) & Work Order Management (Corrective Maintenance)- Responsible for company and regulatory ITPM program effective implementation.- Responsible for timely and effective open ad-hoc work order requests management.- Responsible for identification and resolution of bad actors to improve program effectiveness.- Responsible to lead investigations for incidents or equipment failures.- Responsible to lead scoping, costing, implementation and commissioning of small projects through MOC process.- Responsible as business contract owner to multiple contractors to meet safety, performance goals.- Responsible for identification of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) opportunities and oversee the implementation to improve business performance.- Responsible to upkeep Operations Excellence programs as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for regulatory requirements, design standards, process safety information upkeep, temporary repair program, piping inspection program etc.- Responsible for planning and tracking of maintenance OPEX and project CAPEX.- Responsible to perform gap assessment for new company or regulatory standards and follow-up of gap closure plans.

Responsible for overseeing mechanical ITPM (Inspection, Testing and Preventive Maintenance) for Fuel operation at Chevron Singapore.

The maintenance scope covers tanks, pipeline, pump, truck loading racks, jetty equipment and firefighting system.- Review the TPM scope of work and schedule to ensure compliance to all requirements from regulatory, Chevron Engineering Standard and Industrial Standard.- Review the inspection checklist / inspection report to ensure task is completed accordingly.- Schedule follow up actions to address inspection finding if required.- Review maintenance historical date and propose efficiency and reliability improvement suggestions.- Accountable to response to ad-hoc work order request from operation team.- Perform assessment on site condition and confirm the suitable corrective maintenance actions required to address the issue.- Plan with contractor and operation contractor to prepare manpower, material, equipment and schedule for work order closure.- Track and Monitor TPM/WO status and provide update to operation and management team, adjust work sequence based on operational priority and window.

Project- Responsible as project owner to execute the assigned OPEX/CAPEX project.

Scope includes project initiation, prepare scope of work, work with procurement for tender, project execution.- Track and monitor project cost and schedule and provide update to operation and management team.- Assure contractor performed the work according to aggreged inspection and test plan,

review and approval final handover documents.

Others- Drive HSE culture with contractor to achieve zero incident and injury.- Ensure all inspection records and PSI information are update to date.- Participate in business planning to ensure maintenance/project are budgeted.- Seek continues improvement opportunities using LSS approach.

Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process)- Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance in process plant.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex equipment issues. (This can be interview selection criteria)- Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and practices (This can be interview selection criteria)- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and external vendors. Relocation Options:
