Singapore ML CONSULTING PTE LTD Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Product team to design and build scalable insight delivery solutions
- Mentor team members on best practices for code development, version control, testing, and experiment repeatability
- Develop a deep understanding of data assets and their relation to business processes
- Work with data team to ensure data assets and analytic pipelines are reliable and robust
- Stay informed on company initiatives and pain points to foster innovation and process improvement using data and advanced analytics
- Present clear and actionable findings to stakeholders with appropriate technical depth
- Safeguard customer data assets by reviewing procedures and processes
- Act as an expert in advanced analytical methods and stay updated on advances in the field
- Develop and implement new analytical methodologies and techniques for clients
- Identify key business drivers that have the biggest impact on customer loyalty, relationship strength and business results
- Identify and build target audience for marketing campaigns and loyalty campaign personalization using ML/AI techniques
- Manage direct reports, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics;
- Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, etc.)
- 3+ years of hands-on analytical experience
- Expertise in building ML/AI models and workflows
- Proficiency in SQL and R; knowledge of Python and Tableau is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM, loyalty, and consumer marketing
- Experience in managing and leading a small team
- Strong skills in data visualization and BI solutions (e.g., Tableau, Domo, QlikView etc.)
- Knowledge of Git for version control

- Excellent interpersonal skills for coaching team members and managing stakeholder expectations
- Strong verbal and written communication, with effective presentation skills and attention to detail
