**Responsibility**:

- Identify the target industry for strategic long-term development, conduct comprehensive industry research studies and formulate development plans
- Develop, manage and maintain client relations and promote further business development
- Recruit, train and manage Team Consultants and Researchers to deliver highly effective headhunting services to clients

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree and above
- Proficient in both spoken and written English (Chinese ability is preferred)
- At least three years work experience, preferably in a headhunting related industry. HR or sales experience is also valuable
- Experience managing projects in Asia, particularly in China, is advantageous
- Familiarity with local HR policy and laws
- Possess aspirations to develop a career within the headhunting profession
- Strong social skills, personable character and an excellent communicator
- Able to work under pressure and thrives in challenging situations
