KYO KOHEE is looking for individuals who are not only passionate about making a good cup, but also have the love of sharing daily conversation, experience, and connecting with people. _We are seeking a positive individual, a leader with good teamwork and sociable attitude. _If this sounds like you, we want you to be part of our barista team.
- Provide high quality of customer service to guests
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations at the bar
- Perform barback duties such as cashiering and preparation of drinks from espressos to matcha
- Maintain sufficient stock level at the bar and proper maintenance and care for all bar equipment for daily operations.
- Maintain a clean work area throughout the day
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences
- Have full knowledge of the menu to provide product recommendations for customers
- Mentor, guide and provide on-the-job training for junior staff
- Assist with front-of-house duties such as runner, host and server as required

**Requirements**:

- Able to do 6-day work week, including Saturday: 7.30am to 5.30pm (Weekdays), 7:30am-1:30pm (Weekends)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a F&B industry; experience in coffee making is a plus
- Good understanding of coffee is a plus
- Service-oriented
- Able to communicate with a diverse group of people in spoken English
- Able to multitask and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
