Singapore Linxens Full time

For our **Linxens manufacturing site in Changi**, specialized in the manufacture of smart card connectors, we are looking for **Senior Planner, Materials**.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Forecasting and procurement of productive materials (including semi-conductor chips) for production consumption
- Define and execute policy for raw material planning, safety stock and replenishment
- Liaise with Supplier, Customer Service and Purchasing to allocate raw material
- Prepare raw material forecast based on S&OP Production Plan
- Facilitate Consignment of semi-conductor chips to sub-contractors, track inventory and consumption
- Monitor monthly actual consumption and compare with Forecast
- Facilitate sales order fulfilment
- Establish min and max level of raw materials inventory and timely replenish inventory
- Prepare Purchase Requisition, follow up on Purchase Order and order acknowledgement from suppliers
- Arrange delivery of productive materials (including semi-conductor chips) for production consumption
- Process inter-company orders
- Facilitate switching of production orders between production sites
- Prepare monthly reports
- Facilitate logistics and freight related matters

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent
- APIC CPIM certified will be highly advantageous
- Planning using MRP (e.g QAD, SAP) and procurement of raw materials
- Working knowledge of Incoterms and logistics
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS-Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
