Hotel SPA Therapist

**Position summary statement**:
The incumbent involves herself with the spa events/ promotions and other on-going activities related to the outlet. Specialize in facial and body massage. Responsible for client satisfaction and delivery of excellent service.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Guest Relations and Service**

a) Ensure the highest standard of presentation of the spa at all times

b) Management of all therapy rooms including presentation and stock control.

c) Assist in all reception duties.

d) Perform all therapy treatments

e) Assist in outlet tours and sales of packages of treatments.

f) Deal with customer complaints if necessary

g) Manage all therapists and guests’ supplies.

h) Oversee all workshops and ensure the smooth running of such events

**Administration**

a) Assist in planning therapist duty roster on monthly basis.

c) Assign therapists to be responsible for room cleanliness

d) Assist in proper recording of overtime hours, outstanding public holiday, and annual leave and

submit to HR on monthly basis.

e) Ensure that all notice boards, display cabinets and promotion frames and reception files are

updated with the latest information.

f) Ensure both retail and professional product stock is well maintained, task is properly assigned

to therapists to update on stock cards to constant monitor the stock level

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 44 per week

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,010.00 per month
