Human Resource Specialist

The HR Specialist partners with the HR Team by providing critical HR infrastructure level support and completing the assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner.

Working closely and providing support to HR Team on all HR related matters, including but not limited to:

- Support the administration of employee lifecycle events (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leave of absence, and off-boarding) critical for a positive employee experience.
- Ensuring accurate and up to date employee data records in Workday/ Electronic P-file Portal.
- Coordinate and provide payroll inputs to the payroll team for monthly payroll processing and monthly payroll cost allocation.
- Prepare monthly headcount reports.
- Complete and submit government surveys (e.g., MAS, MOM related surveys).
- Administer insurance renewal, verify insurance and medical invoices. Work with the HR shared services team on executing policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of HR
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR Team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or Business.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience demonstrated proficiency in handling HR matters.
- Strong knowledge of the HR field including employment laws and regulations.
- Meticulous with great accuracy and keeping in mind of the timeliness and priority of the various assigned tasks.
- Hands-on team player, self-starter and pro-active in completing assigned tasks.
- Adaptable and resourceful, able to work independently.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,200.00 per month
