_**Full Job Description**_

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Website Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimising website performance and user engagement through proficient management of HubSpot and the development of compelling landing pages. You will oversee all aspects of website management, ensuring seamless functionality and an exceptional user experience.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Proficiently manage HubSpot to optimise website performance and user engagement.
- Develop and launch a minimum of three landing pages each month to enhance marketing initiatives.
- Oversee website management, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases
- Web editing and creation of landing pages ( 2 requests per working day)
- Complete diverse tasks assigned upon request, which may include one-off assignments such as copywriting and influencer research.
- **EDM Campaign Management**: Implement and execute 4 EDM campaigns per month, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
- **Customer Engagement**: Monitor customer responses and engagement metrics. Promptly follow up with customers who reply to EDMs, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- **Lead Follow-Up**: Proactively follow up with customers who do not respond to EDMs, ensuring they receive the necessary support and information.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g, sales, customer service) to align marketing efforts and enhance the customer experience.

**Required Experience**:

- Proficient in using HubSpot(Web management & EDMs)
- Experience with manual tasks and data entry
- Expertise in marketing campaigns

**To qualify for the role**:

- Fluent in English
- Certified in related fields
- Proficient in using HubSpot(Web management & EDMs)
- Demonstrated expertise in website management and optimization
