**Position : Accounts Assistant (AP/ AR) - GOOD COMPANY**:

- **Location : Near Tuas West MRT (Transport Provided: Yishun, Woodlands, Jurong East and Boon Lay MRT)**:

- **Working hours : 9am - 5.45pm/ Monday to Friday - On Hybrid Working Style : 3 days work from office, 2 days work from home - NO OT REQUIRED**:

- **Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500**:

- **Duration : 2 months - immediate starter**:

- **Industry : WHOLESALE OF OTHER MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance and accounting matters. - Accounts payable/ Accounts receivable
- Responsible for preparing all local payment to staff, dealers, vendors and suppliers every month.
- Responsible for monthly bank reconciliation, audit schedules and other reconciliation accounts.
- Other ad hoc dept duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 years’ relevant work experience (AP/ AR) or combined experience in similar capacity
- Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Finance & Accounting Knowledge
