The Executive, Facilities Management is a member of the team responsible for the general repairs and maintenance of the Singapore real estate facility portfolio. This comprise all areas of the building including external building fabric, landscaping, carpark and logistics area, entrance lobbies and internal circulation areas office spaces, laboratories, storage and warehousing etc. but excludes the buildings central plant, main services distribution and operational manufacturing areas classified as clean rooms, which fall under the responsibility of the Facility Engineering team. The Facilities Management Executive will report to the Senior Facilities Manager in ensuring the effective functioning of the facility to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the organization. This position will coordinate outside contractors or vendors for various services.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage day to day building maintenance activities and site services.
- Ensure effective building maintenance (interior/exterior) and ensure all building services, work environment are in good, safe and clean condition.
- Assist in the troubleshooting of root causes of equipment breakdown.
- Attend and address feedback from respective departments.
- Perform inspection rounds, routine checks and manual data logging for facilities systems
- Maintain good housekeeping. Ensure all safety practices, processes and procedures are complied with.
- Ensure the safe custody of keys, tools, documentation, equipment and other properties belonging to Facilities
- Support and lead the project management for facility refurbishment minor works, renovations and maintenance to ensure timeliness, budget control and completion to required quality.
- Supervise, manage and direct the appointed building maintenance subcontractors in performing each company’s building maintenance obligations.
- Monitor and report on maintenance contractor performance including KPI’s
- Ensure all company process procedures with regards to the fundamental guidelines of EHS and Security are fully complied with.
- Assist with maintaining building security and respond to building emergency situations on a 24-hour basis with damage evaluations and timely reporting with recommended action plans for employee safety and the property.
- Assist with Covid-19 compliance to regulatory requirements and updated timely.
- Participate in Quality and EHS audits.
- Work alongside the Facility Engineering team with regards to maintenance and remodeling projects for the new site operational activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc maintenance duties as assigned by Senior Facility Manager.

**Y**our Profile**
- Minimum requirement: Facility Management or related Diploma
- 1-2 years of work experience related to facility management, project management, vendor management is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills including consultative and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
- Construction technology, construction statutory compliance requirements, building defect analysis.
- A team player, able to work hands-on with good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, SAP and facility related regulatory requirements is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Familiar with FMCS integrated systems would be an advantage
- Fresh Graduates with a Facilities Management or similar relevant Degree/Diploma with strong interest in Facility/Estate Management are also welcome to apply
