**What the role is**

The Accounting Standards Council is the independent body established under the Accounting Standards Act to formulate accounting standards for companies, charities, co-operative societies and societies in Singapore.
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the ASC Secretariat in general, and also takes on the duties as personal assistant to the Technical Director.

**What you will be working on**
- Provide administrative and logístical support for meetings, events and overseas trips
- Provide support for knowledge management, such as managing website and archiving documents
- Provide support for the management of public feedback
- Provide secretarial support to the Technical Director

**What we are looking for**
- Qualification in principles of accounting is preferred
- Some working experience in administrative support or a secretarial role is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Meticulous and organised
- Able to work independently and within stipulated timelines
- Good interpersonal skills
