**Job Overview**:We are seeking a creative, independent and driven **Part-Time Operations Specialist**to support our efforts in executing growth strategies across various aspects of the business, especially marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing**:

- Assist in planning and creating engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, etc.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to help inform marketing strategies and ensure relevant content.
- Exhibition Booth manning & pitching

**Floristry/Event Support**:

- Assist with the planning and execution of projects (eg. logistics planning)
- Hands-on floristry: Cleaning, dethorning, packaging fresh flowers
- Decor installation: Must be physically able to lift weights and work on hands-on installation projects
- Wedding Actual Day Coordination

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in marketing or a related field is a plus
- **Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication, creativity, social media savvy, and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
- **Tools & Technology**: Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a remote or office environment.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a team.
