**Responsibilities**::
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for the company's material procurement and management. The manager develops procurement plans to ensure the timely, quality-compliant, and quantity-accurate supply of materials. Additionally, the manager expands and manages supplier resources, conduct cost control, and engage in negotiations. The manager leads the purchasing team, optimizes procurement processes, supervises execution, and ensures the company's purchasing activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Procurement planning and execution.
2. Cost control and negotiation.
3. Procurement process management.
4. Team management and collaboration.
**Educational Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree & above.
**Work Experience Requirements:**
At least 5 years of experience in procurement management.
**Key Skills**:
1. Familiarity with procurement processes and contract management, coupled with excellent negotiation skills and strong cost control capabilities.
2. Keen insight into market dynamics and industry information, enabling accurate grasp of procurement timing and price trends.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, communication and coordination skills, and team management abilities, along with the capacity to handle high work pressure.
4. Honesty and integrity, with good professional ethics and conduct.
