Our client is a global consumer electronics company, and they are currently looking for an E-Commerce Sales Admin Assistant urgently.
- 【What will you be working on】
- 1. Sales Order & Document Processing- Perform order processing for the Local Sales Team, B2B Team, E-commerce platforms (Lazada & Q10) and staff purchases.
- Preparation of Loan Goods Forms for Road Show Events.
- Issuance of Goods Return/ Exchange for faulty sets.

2. E-Commerce Platform Management- Updating of product inventory on E-commerce platforms.
- Handling of product enquiries from customers.

3. Others- Liaison with the Sales and Logistics department on sales promotions, uploading new product information, delivery schedule, barcode information, etc.
- Preparation of letters for sales promotions and launch of new products.
- Dissemination of Stock Positions to relevant parties.
- Download of Stocks Advice Reports for Service Team.
- Update and generation of sales reports for sales and management.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by Management.

**Requirement**:

- 【What they're looking for】
- (Must)- Possess at least N/O Level or A Level.
- Prior experience in sales admin for at least 2 years
- Experience handling E-commerce platforms like Lazada and Q10
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin for communicating with customers and scheduling delivery schedules with English and Mandarin-speaking partners

(Preferable)- SAP working experience is preferred but not necessary.**English Level**:
