Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage new business plan expansion for Serviced Office franchises in China and Taiwan and conduct feasibility studies for the new business plan.
- Strong familiarity with the environment in both China and Taiwan will be an advantage.
- Having good network and contact in both China and Taiwan will be an advantage.
- Work with the relevant authorities of the country on the requirement of setting up a franchise business in the country.
- Conduct a survey on the interest level and potential of the business plan in both China and Taiwan.
- Conduct a study on the profitability of the franchises, with special attention to:

- Office Leasing
- Site fit-out cost
- Manpower Cost
- Do a feasibility study and recommendation for potential commercial building to open a Serviced Office.
- Work with Developers and building owners in both China and Taiwan for potential business partnership in setting up Serviced Office in their commercial buildings.
- Sourcing out and liaising with potential franchisee of the business plan.
- To spearhead the Franchise Department in both China and Taiwan if the business plan takes off.
