**Business Development Associate
M-Brain is a global information, technology, and consulting services company. We help our clients navigate the turbulent and ever-expanding business environment. We offer them crucial external business information and advice in its efficient management and utilization. We turn information into actionable insights for daily decision-making and strategic planning.

We are now strengthening our Business Development Team with a **Business Development Associate **.

Based in Singapore, you will be responsible for lead generation, maintenance of a prospect database, and local marketing support. You will work within the Sales team towards revenue generation goals and meeting the goal of expanding the prospect and customer base.
- Key Responsibilities _
- Lead generation, setting up introduction meetings and developing a database of qualified leads through research, referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling, direct mail and networking
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, proposals, closed sales and follow-up activities.
- Building and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
- Operating as the lead point of contact for multiple accounts and actively managing customer accounts to grow the business
- Qualifications and personal characteristics- 3+ years of experience in sales and sales leads generation within a professional services environment
- Basic knowledge of Market Intelligence
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Proven customer communication and interaction skills
- Good organizational skills
- High comfort level with software programs, especially MS Office
- Target and result orientated
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Outgoing and committed personality
- Taking own initiative and ability to work independently
- Ability to plan, execute and report methodically
