**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations in the cold room and ensure smooth workflow.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of frozen food products.
- Maintain proper cold room temperatures and ensure food safety standards are met.
- Assign tasks and monitor work performance of team members.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in inventory control and stock checks.
- Report operational issues, staff performance, and stock concerns to the Manager.
- Support the Manager in improving efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven supervisory experience, preferably in the frozen food industry.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in a frozen food or warehouse environment.
