Lashing Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional lash extension and lash lift services.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable lash styles.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with salon standards.
- Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of their lash extensions.
- Keep up with the latest trends and techniques in the lash industry.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and client engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Lash Artist with a portfolio of work.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for beauty and keeping up with industry trends.

- Competitive salary of $2500-$3500 per month.
- Additional 10% commission on services provided.
