A Drafter is a professional who plays a critical role in the design and engineering process. They work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to create detailed technical drawings and plans used in construction, manufacturing, and various other industries.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to translate project concepts into detailed construction drawings.
- Create accurate 2D and 3D architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints using drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Ensure that all drawings adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to make design modifications and updates as needed.
- Review and redline drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized digital and physical drawing archives for reference and future projects.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a Drafter in the construction or renovation industry.
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
