- **Salary**UP $3200 + AWS
- **Working hours**:Monday to Sunday. 5-day work week on a rotating schedule based on operational needs.
- **Working timing**:8.30am - 6pmWFH available upon confirmation
**Job scope**
- Lead and manage the Customer Service team to ensure smooth daily operations, timely order processing, and adherence to SOPs and company policies.
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally while driving service recovery and continuous service improvement through feedback analysis.
- Oversee manpower planning including team scheduling, rostering, and resource allocation, especially during peak periods or staff shortages.
- Coach and develop team members through on-the-job training, performance evaluations, and regular feedback to support growth and productivity.
- Prepare and review operational reports (manpower, attendance, performance) and support management with ad-hoc tasks when required.
