Household & Facilities Manager

Manage all housekeeping aspects within the house
- Scheduling of roster for helpers/drivers
- Wardrobe management
- Grocery Shopping for the household
- All asepects of butler duties including serving of dishes
- Pantry inventory Management
- Facilities Management
- Oversee the entire residence landscoping, building management, interior & exterior maintainance, guided walkthrough with external contractors
- Security Management (including but not limited to fire alarm, CCTV & risk managmenet development)
- Managing a team of housekeepers, gardeners, security guards, personal chefs
- Secretarial duties such as liasing with organiers or external vendors where necessary
- Involved in menu planning and understanding the dietary restrictions for private as well as representational events

**Requirements**:

- Min. 8 years of experiences in Hospitality, facilities management for private housing and secretarial duties
- A self motivator and hands on individual who posses high work integrity
- Understand and respect family's privacy
- Willingness to going extra mile
- Customer Service oriented
- Highly organised, detail oriented, efficient and problem solver
- Possess past experience in handing VIP guests
