**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with portfolio forecasting, site selection and preparation of budgets
- Analyse various APAC wide real estate data to ascertain trends, conduct internal and external benchmarking etc
- Manage all steps in the transaction process
- Inform and work with internal and external partners to secure relevant inputs and approvals
- Help manage and direct small to large real estate transactions in the APAC region
- Review financial analyses and provide recommendations for real estate deals/projects in the region
- Help with the disposition of real estate resulting from M&A projects
- Work with the lease administrator to ensure lease database is up to date and accurate metrics are maintained
- Create and maintain strategy decks for growth/contraction plans to assist with scenario planning and decision making
- Comfortable working with teams in various countries and time zones
- Responsible for providing customer service to employees and vendors

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of relevant real estate experience with regional coverage within APAC
- Background in real estate projects
- Experience working with cross-functional teams managing projects, overseeing and directing the work of others in multiple locations in a service oriented environment
- Self-directive, ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Strong organizational, planning, decision-making, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in financial modeling, financial terms and principles
- Strong level of computer literacy and knowledge of key packages to produce reports, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of relevant real estate experience with regional coverage within APAC
