- Provide personalized guidance to learners, assessing their educational needs and recommending suitable courses.
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly, providing accurate and helpful information about course content, prerequisites, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of current educational trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, ensuring a positive experience throughout the enrollment process.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a consultative sales or customer service role, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with learners and build rapport effectively.
- Strong listening skills to understand learners' needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for helping others achieve their learning objectives.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with educational courses, learning platforms, or online education would be advantageous.
