**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a range of cakes, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.
- Design and decorate cakes for special occasions, including weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.
- Experiment with flavors, textures, and decorations to create innovative pastry products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques in cake decoration and pastry design.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Cake Decoration Chef in a bakery, restaurant, or catering setting.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, cake decoration, and dessert presentation.
- Creativity and an eye for detail in design and flavor combinations.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification in pastry arts is preferred.
