**Responsibilities**:

- Perform professional eyelash extension services according to client preferences and industry standards.
- Provide a thorough consultation to clients to understand their desired lash style and ensure their expectations are met.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance of their eyelash extensions to maximize longevity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sterilizing tools and equipment.
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire service, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the eyelash industry to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a cohesive and efficient workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Certification: Possess a valid certification in eyelash extensions from a reputable training program.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing eyelash extension services.
- Expertise: Proficient in various eyelash extension techniques, including classic and volume lashes.
- Hygiene and Safety: Knowledgeable about maintaining a clean and sterile work environment, following health and safety guidelines.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their preferences, and address any concerns.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable, demonstrating commitment to scheduled appointments and maintaining a consistent work schedule.
- Professionalism: Presentable and maintain a professional demeanor at all times, adhering to our salon's dress code and guidelines.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate client needs and salon hours.
- Passion: Demonstrated passion for the beauty industry, staying updated on the latest eyelash trends and techniques.
