**What is the job about?**

Delivering Sales Target in handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company

**Your main responsibilities**
- Vertical approach towards replacement business and well connect with Developer/End-User)
- Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems in order to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Create and maintain good relationship with customers, Developer & End-User.
- According to sales target, work out sales strategy and sales budget in the specific business area of the specific region. After review and approve by the management, carry out the qualitative and quantitative tasks in respect of policies and the authority assigned.
- Monitor account receivable balance on a monthly basis; follow up with customers on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms in order to assist ensuring cash flow and reduce potential bad debts.
- Maintain good relationship with dealers, building project’s owner, engineering contractor, design institute, consulting firms, and authorities.
- Other tasks assigned by managers

**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:

- Bachelor of Engineering or relevant experience
- Experience driving developed processes within Commercial Building Services.
- Ability to direct processes or projects.
- Ability to guide a business process within Commercial Building Services.
- Most likely to have 3-5 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
- Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Commercial Building Services.
- Local laws and regulations where applicable, for the Commercial Building Services.
- Good knowledge in Replacement business and well connect with Developer/End-User
- Experience in HVAC ( Heat, Ventillation, Air Con) is advantegous.
