Role 2**:Salaried-Based Sales Assistant (Target-Driven, Fixed Hours)**
As a **Salaried Sales Assistant**, you will be part of our in-house sales team. Your primary focus will be to meet sales targets while working in a structured environment. With fixed working hours and a clear location, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys a more predictable schedule, but is equally motivated to achieve set targets and drive growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify potential corporate clients and individuals for our coaching and training programs.
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, understanding client needs and offering appropriate training solutions.
- Engage with senior management within companies to present our tailored services for employee development.
- Follow up with prospective clients and actively nurture relationships to convert leads into long-term contracts.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clear and organized pipeline of prospective and current clients.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
