This trading desk company owns the **first programmatic solution **where clients can see the **full spectrum of campaigns**. Here, clients can track and monitor their programmatic buying in a more **“simplistic” way**. How they do programmatic is to make use of technological and creative innovative market solutions. As a result, each activation worked according to how clients wanted.

**Your new job: Social Media Trader | Trading Desk | Programmatic**:
You will be responsible for the delivery of social media planning and buying operations for the clients.
This is a **growth role **due to increase of clients.
- Campaign set up, following the trading desk processes (briefing platform, creative upload, strategies set up, strategy/ audience recommendations)
- Campaign metrics monitoring and optimizations toward our clients’ goals (branding, traffic, acquisitions, app installs, lead generation) and KPIs
- Timely monitoring and flagging of pacing issues and delivery
- Communicate with internal teams and agency partners to develop, execute and retain successful social campaigns
- Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance
- Report and identify optimisation opportunities and making recommendations to improve campaign results
- Report monthly to clients, verify data accuracy, provide analysis and keep the stakeholders updated on client account status

**What we would like you to bring**:
As the new **Social Media Trader | Trading Desk | Programmatic **we need from you:

- At least 1 year experience in running paid social campaigns (social media planning and buying)
- Knowledge of common and growing social media channels in Singapore (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)
- Can juggle multiple priorities and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the wider social and digital ecosystem (publishers, platform, partners).
- Proficient in Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/Twitter/ LinkedIn Ads Manager (Blueprint Certified is a bonus)
- Should be able collaborate in a team and also work independently
- Willing to learn more about technology
