As part of our transformation journey, we are looking for an experienced and passionate real estate sustainability professional to lead, drive and grow our sustainability capabilities to provide Sustainability as a Service to a growing portfolio of commercial real assets located within key gateway cities of Singapore, Japan, Korea and Australia. Based in Singapore, this role will report to Head of Sustainable Urban Renewal Solutions under the Sustainable Urban Renewal business unit. His key responsibilities include:
- Provide commercial real estate sustainability and wellness advisory and consultancy to commercial asset owners, with strong understanding on local sustainability regulations and certification standards in key Asia Pacific markets.-
- Collaborate with Customer Centricity and Business Development teams to develop customer insights and build a strategy to provide Sustainability as a Service to commercial asset owners- Identify, evaluate and develop strong local relationships with network of commercial real estate asset sustainability and wellness consultants, professionals, and solutions providers- Work with the Solutions team to aggregate a suite of local real estate sustainability & wellness solutions and suppliers that can be deployed within commercial assets under our management- Contribute sustainability expertise and experience to the Solutions teams on the development and adoption of new sustainability solutions

JOB REQUIREMENTS- Team player and self-starter, who takes initiative and excels with mínimal supervision- Good networking skills to build and maintain strong market relationships and be able to connect with stakeholders of all seniorities- Able to curate, develop and deliver presentation materials for articulation with markets, customers and stakeholders- Strong knowledge on real estate / built environment sustainability and wellness- Occasional overseas business travel will be required- At least 10 years of working experience in the urban/built environment sustainability industry. Prior experience with driving sustainability initiatives within commercial real estate and knowledge on building wellness would be advantageous.- Bachelors’ Degree
