Executive, Clinical Research

As an Executive, you will provide administrative and operational support to all activities related to CRIO's services in the aspects of research studies monitoring & compliance as well as educational initiatives to promote research culture. This includes:
- Plan, arrange and conduct monitoring visits for assigned research studies according to monitoring plan and ensure compliance towards the relevant protocols, guidelines and regulatory requirement
- Writing of post-visit monitoring report and recommend actions for follow up items
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to perform timely submissions for regulated and non-regulated research studies
- Organize training activities to educate research study teams to promote awareness of the regulatory responsibilities as well as the culture of proper conduct of research
- Provide regulatory advice to stakeholders
- Collect and compile data for management reporting
**Requirements**:
- Relevant degree in healthcare or sciences
- Experience in conducting clinical trials and/or in monitoring of research studies
- Familiar with Good Clinical Practice guidelines, IRB and Singapore regulatory requirements
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Strong organisational skills and able to work independently
