**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Preparation and drafting of M&E / Technical drawings for projects, tender submissions etc
- Produce detail drawings and specification independently
- Ensure drawings adhere to code and compliance requirements
- Any other ad-hoc duties
- Responsible for production of detailed drawings of a design project to show craftsmen exactly what they have to do
- Draft outline and detailed drawings to appropriate scale for planning submission and construction purposes and draft plan for addition and alteration of building
- May also assist design engineer in presentation of drawings and model

**Scope of Work**
- Works with a team of engineer and manager to develop conceptual, preliminary and work details design and most critical part
- Prepare technical drawings and plan under direction of engineer
- Responsible for performance of forecasting of costs and values of project, operations of measurement and pricing of tender
- Prepare maintenance manual of project
- Attending to adhoc matters that relieve to project department

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ITE certificate in Engineering field or equivalent
- Preferably some experience in M&E or ACMV drafting
- Willingness to learn is very important
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Able to work independently without much supervision
- Singaporeans or PRs only
