**Stock Supervisor**:
The Stock Supervisor is responsible for helping maintain all inventory processes and working through any and all stock discrepancies on a daily basis. This position will involve the utilization of order management systems and various types of material-handling equipment. The Stock Supervisor is accountable for performing their duties consistent with the values and mission of HB Leisure.

**Scope and Responsibilities**:

- Loads and unloads vehicles, containers, trailers and vans.
- Moves materials or merchandise to storage areas and bin locations utilizing pallet jacks and or other material moving equipment.
- Performs daily clean-up activities.
- Performs weekly cycle counts, inventory control, and maintains inventory within bin location.
- Receives and verifies items against receiving documents
- Ensures warehouse and other storage facility maintenance, safety, and security at all times.
- Inspects the physical condition of inventory and equipment.
- Assists with park special projects as needed.
- Leads a small team to ensure all games are displayed and stocked appropriately for the day.

**Other Requirements**:

- Written/verbal communication skills.
- Basic maths skills.
- Able to frequently lift/move 20Kg, occasionally lift/move up to 25Kg.
- Stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Regularly use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, handle, feel, stoop or kneel.
- Handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work indoors and in outside weather conditions (i.e. sunny, wet, and/or humid conditions).
- Work weekends, holidays, early mornings and late evenings reasonable notice of scheduling requirements will be given.
- Able to positively interact with park guests and other team members of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds and/or language and individuals with special needs.
- Ability to maneuver large pallets and flatbeds.
- Be competent in park delivery schedules in order to cover deliveries.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Inventory management knowledge.
- May be required to support operations in the event of team absenteeism.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.

**Experience Required**:

- High School or equivalent (required)
- Warehouse Supervisor - 1 Year (preferred)
- Inventory Management System - 1 Year (preferred)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support park operations.
- Valid driver's license, safe driving record and have valid vehicle insurance. (Preferred but not essential)
