**Position Title**:

- Finance Executive

**Reports To**:

- Station Accounting Manager

**Position Summary**:

- Finance Executive

**Key Accountability**:

- Provide Finance/HR/Administration support for MAB operations at the station.
- Performing transactional activities that enable the finance, human resources, and administration activities.
- Ensuring all accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial & business transactions, human resources and administration functions are up to date (e.g., revenue, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payables, payroll, local staff records, local statutory /requirement, admin duties, etc...)
- Liaise closely with internal and external vendors ensuring financing SLA is maintain in good term.
- Always ensure sufficient fund.
- Ensure compliance to Service standards / SLAs to ensure appropriate service levels are maintained.
- Ensure compliance to accounting standards and internal controls.
- Compliance to local and corporate statutory filing and requirements including all taxation matters that link to Company.
- Liaise closely with all department in station ensuring all financing matters are in in order and controlled.
- Liaise with Human Capital for all HC & administration matters such as all leave record, payroll matters and other office administration matters.
- Understanding of budget control and liaise with BU Heads before spending.
- Act as a pro-active team member to ensure cordial work environment.
- Undertake additional responsibilities to support / replace other team member roles.
- Liaison with 3rd party and relevant Business Units/Divisions in HQ /stations.
- Voluminous workload and obtaining timely information from BU.
- Work under pressure
- Obtaining immediate responds from internal and external customers.

**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Accounting and Finance
- 5 years working experience

**Areas of Experience**:

- Degree or Diploma in Accounting/ Business / Finance or professional qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, CP, MIA, etc.)
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge in SAP will be added advantage.

- Understand his / her role in the team and how it impacts the overall outcome of the process.
- Provide day to day guidance and support to all members in station.
- Leadership knowledge to guide subordinate and ensuring all work is process on time.
