Reservation & Ticketing Agent

Responsibilities:
(i.e handling guest problems, answering telephone enquiries within 3 rings, pre-flight checks, timeliness, grooming, courtesy etc)
- Handle B2B and B2C cases
- Handle day-to-day problem resolution, escalating to higher levels as required.
- Handle Groups and Allotments
- Handle all international and domestic ticketing queries
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Tour Packages would be an add-on advantage.
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good customer service focus on internal and external customers
- Good team player, able to work cohesively within immediate team and other department
Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
