Formative Search has partnered with an industry leader in financial advisory services for infrastructure projects and PPP projects. They are currently looking for an Infrastructure Advisory Manager, where the team offers financial advisory services to clients across all major infrastructure industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting major corporations, public entities, and infrastructure funds with strategic, commercial, and financial advice
- Assisting in public sector PPP procurement; bid/sell-side transaction advisory, capital raising advisory, project development advisory; financial feasibility, business case, commercial model study, market analysis; build and review project finance model; infrastructure policy and regulatory advisory
- Handling portfolio of assignments and managing transactions and advisory mandates
- Building business development portfolios by identifying and developing opportunities and preparing management advisory proposals
- Assisting with urban, transport and social infrastructure projects in a dynamic team environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in infrastructure project finance, PPPs, infrastructure project development or equivalent. Preferably within a consultancy firm, project finance advisory firms or within banking
- Prior experience in relevant consultancy/advisory role shall be an advantage; ASEAN-based project experience is preferred
- Understanding the process of preparing bankability feasibility studies/business cases for infrastructure projects, including PPP projects
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Detailed knowledge of PPPs and risk analysis and allocation for project finance
- Project finance documentation knowledge and financial close experience
- Ability to manage and mentor staff on engagements, and providing on the job training and knowledge sharing
- Strong project management skills
- Producing high quality deliverables on time and within budget
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
