Pharmacist

You will provide good pharmaceutical care to our patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
You will also have opportunities to run ambulatory clinics such as Lipid Optimization, Anti-coagulation, Heart failure, Hypertension, Diabetic Nephropathy, Smoking Cessation and even provide Nursing Home Consults.

Requirements;
- Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Board
- With at least 1 years of clinical experience
- With at least 1 years of supervisory experience
- working hours on weekdays with off on alternate Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays
