Act as Owner's Representative onboard bunker barge.
- Execute all communications between Head-office, Charterers (if any), Customers and Third-parties.
- Coordinate with Customers for necessary precautions pertaining Safety, Health and Environment.
- Carry out all necessary procedures accordance with SS600:2014 Code of Practice for Bunkering, and SS648:2019 Code of practice for bunker mass flow metering, implemented by Standards Council of Singapore.
- Perform Physical Tank Soundings, determining and confirming Cargo Quantity onboard and delivered.
- Monitor and Control the process of Transferring/Pumping Bunkers to customer vessel.
- Implement and Establish Safe Work practices during operation in accordance with Local and International Regulations
- Responsible for Stock Control, Cargo Calculations and Documentations.
- Prepare stowage plan
- Ensure all measuring devices are duly calibrated, per regulatory requirement

**REQUIREMENT
- Preferably have SS648 Certificate
- Experience in lube deliveries
- Able to work with different nationalities
- Be prepared to stay onboard for period between 7 to 14 days *Covid 19 situation*
- Able to manage different grades of luboil onboard.
